Inventory Manager - WyomingVisionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Inventory Manager - Wyoming. This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, a division of Visionary Communications, Inc., one of the top service providers in the Rocky Mountain region. The position will be based out of Gillette, WY. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee Wyoming Inventory staff - provide daily guidance to 4 Inventory Clerks on tasks, approve time and time off requests
• Purchasing / Purchase orders
• Create weekly cycle counts for Inventory staff to complete
• Work closely with Accounting regarding Inventory interactions
• Inventory Reports (Weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Price negotiations (shipping)
• Receiving (Product)
• Warehouse Organization
• Ownership of software utilized for inventory
• Audit preparation (Inventory)
• Ownership of Vendor Managed Inventory
• Creation of min/max counts
• Manage RMA process
• Manage controls into Inventory secure areas
• Ownership of Suppliers
• Qualifications:A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:
  • Must have valid driver's license with the ability to insure (acceptable number of moving violations in the past five years)
  • Forklift certified (preferred)
  • Proficient in warehouse logistics
  • Knowledge of computer skills in applicable program to support logistics
  • Excellent organizational, communication and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of advanced inventory concepts
