Overview:The Chemical Account Specialists (CAS) primary role is to grow Sonnys Car Wash Services market share by working with and developing car wash customers. A CAS will plan appropriate strategies to help facilitate potential clients to do business with Sonnys Car Wash Services. The CAS will work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to keep Sonnys Car Wash Services abreast of market changes, competitive opportunities, challenges, and creative trends.Responsibilities:Increase Sonnys Car Wash Services market share by prospecting for, identifying and converting potential new clientsProspect to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities to increase market shareBuild strong relationships with new and existing customersWork with team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectivesHandle objections in a positive manner by clarifying issues, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to net positive conclusion for allPresent a positive image that mirrors the core values of Diamond ShinePresent new products and services to enhance existing relationshipsWork with technical, marketing and other internal colleagues to meet customer needsArrange and participate in internal and external client debriefsCAS will establish yearly development plans for their territoryCAS will attend all industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, etc. in their marketPresent to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, and productsIdentify new opportunities for customers that will lead to an increase in salesUse knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiatorsSubmit accurate weekly planning and expense reportsControl area expense and stay within the planned yearly budgetEnsure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM protocolForecast sales targets and ensure they are consistently metWork with marketing staff to ensure that customers marketing needs are being metDevelop a thorough understanding of the company and distributors capabilitiesUnderstand and support the goals, purpose, and direction of Carwash Services of the Southeast to enhance market performanceOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma requiredThree (3) years minimum of carwash sales and or service experienceExperience working within a national distribution and direct sales network preferredClean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License requiredTravel required as neededSonny's Enterprises is the world's largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies.
