Description:General Beverage Sales Co. currently looking for an energetic and passionate person to fill the role of Business Development Manager-Red Bull. This position can be officed at any of our three Beverage Locations, Madison, Milwaukee, or OshkoshThis position shapes and enhances the brand identity and market position of our suppliers. This position requires developing and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and foster customer loyalty. It requires a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position is a key contributor to the overall success and growth of the organization.Requirements: Minimum of bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience. Proven experience in brand management, brand development, or related roles. Must possess a valid drivers license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and influence sales teams. Creative and entrepreneurial mindset. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data, analyze brand performance, and make data-driven recommendations to translate business objectives into effective brand strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
