What you get to accomplish: Answer and handle incoming customer service concerns, including promptly returning phone and email messages Schedule and check in vehicle deliveries Enter customer and job related information into necessary databases Perform vehicle inspection ( you will be exposed to outside weather conditions such as wet, cold, heat and humidity ) Coordinate with clients on vehicle pickup and delivery times Work with Production Manager assist in assigning jobs to the next technician Support Operations manager in administrative duties As an Vehicle Coordinator you must be detail orientated and have strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills are critical for your success in this role.
