Interaction with evening Guest Services associates regarding guest satisfaction and resort projects, not limited to scheduled assignments. Handle issues about guest satisfaction with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Resort Manager regarding essential compensation. Inventory Management. Participate in monthly weekly management and staff meetings. Monitor and maintain procedures for the safety of guests and personnel. Maintain high service levels as outlined in the SOP manual, which includes but is not limited to Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.YOUR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required. 2-years Hospitality Management or Supervisor experience required, preferably in front office operations. You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge. Ability to motivate and mentor associates. You are able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, also as needed for peak periods such as Check-in/Check-out, vacation, sick leave, gaps in coverage, and response to urgent or emergency-related scenarios.JOIN BLUEGREEN:Ready to be part of the fun?
