JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supervisor, Occupational Therapy & Physical Therapy-Acute Care - 30569 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100 % FTE, 40 hours/week. 8 -hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM . Intermittent weekends per Supervisor weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department. We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to: * Provide team-based leadership for acute care occupational and physical therapy staff. * Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts. * Develop and manage the therapy team\'s programs, procedures, and protocols. * Continue to provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist. Preferred Masters or doctoral degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration. Work Experience: Minimum Three years of professional experience as an OT or PT. Preferred Previous therapy leadership experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum Licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin.
