Problem solve and troubleshoot in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance. Exhibit effective communication (including oral, written, and graphical), teamwork, and indirect leadership skills. Communicate effectively to constituents on a spectrum ranging from non-financials managers to senior and executive management.This person will also:

• Regularly perform financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process (e.g., accruals, financial statement validation, monthly processing, regulatory reporting, etc.).
• Work with line of business partners to budget and forecast their key revenue and expense drivers
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and/or statistical models for financial analysis.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the key results areas and competencies, in lieu of education. RequiredExperience
    • Less than 2 years Financial Services industry. Required
