Quad in Hartford is seeking Temporary Local Seasonal production workers to help through the busy season. - The Seasonal Production workers assist in meeting production goals and deadlines during times of increased volume. - -
Seasonal workers will be hired as temporary employees, which is a non-benefited position. - - -You will be required to work 2 set shifts per week (day or night shifts available), with the opportunity to sign up for additional days as the workload ramps up. -

• Pay is $16 -/ hr. - - Night shift will receive an additional $.75 / hr. premium. -
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Receive and follow instructions.
    
  • Must have the ability to work 2 set 12-hour shifts per week (7 A.M. - 7 P.M., or 7 P.M. - 7 A.M.).
    
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
    
  • Follow standard operating procedures of the department at all times.
    
  • Team player and able to work well with others.
    
  • Attention to detail.
    
  • Must be able to consistently lift 15 to 30 lbs.
    
  • Good math.
    
  • Good verbal & written skills.
    
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions.
    
    Physical Demands:
    
    
    
    • Lift to 15-30 lbs. continuously.
      
    • Lift to 50 lbs. occasionally.
      
    • Stand 12 -hours.
      
    • Use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movements.
      
    • Use vision to identify defects.
