Ensures any deficiencies are assigned to the appropriate medical staff member and data is entered for tracking and monitoring purposes.Reviews documentation and updates or clears the deficiencies as appropriate.Responsible for answering telephone calls and assisting visitors (including but not limited to physicians, patients, and their family members), while maintaining confidentiality.Assists in administrative functions in the departmentCoordinates quality on EHR chartAssists with training of new physicians Provides feedback to DirectorReports to: Director of Health Information ManagementMinimum Education

RHIA, RHIT, or CCS preferred. Minimum Work Experience
1-3 years experience in medical records or business office functions.
