The Bar Manager (BM) in JOE & THE JUICE is responsible for controlling the daily operation of the store while also training the team. The BM role is about developing & optimizing store processes through *training*, *instructing* and *development*.The Bar Manager must always maintain high standards of cleaning & hygiene across the entire store and team and ensure all daily & weekly tasks are carried out accordingly. To make sure that the store lives up to hygiene and cleaning standards, the Bar Manager must at all times ensure that the entire team has a valid Hygiene Certificate.The Bar Manager is in charge of the stores entire stock process through correct counts, deliveries, FIFO, clear communication & analysis of ideals. The BM is also expected to continuously make an effort to minimize the product waste for the store. It is the BMs responsibility to oversee and perform an ongoing assessment of the teams product handling, in terms of measure, type in & product quality.The BM must on a monthly basis produce a fulfilling shift plan for all employees, by assigning staff to the shifts in the template sent out by the countrys HR Manager and update any unforeseen alterations (sickness, switches or lateness). It is expected that the work schedule is clearly communicated to the whole team and that the days on the shiftplan will be closed off daily and weekly.Another important task for the Bar Manager is totrain the team fully through Basic Juicer Training, Times Test, Advanced Programs (E-CAMPUS) while also training and maintaining a pipeline of potential Shift Manager(s). The BM must regularly assess & follow up on the teams level of product quality, speed & customer dialogue.*EXPECTATIONS:* To be first in command of the entire 4-WALL OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE.
