We're hiring now for our Part Time Receptionist position in Toledo, WAWhat we offerWeekly Pay of $18.00 per hourDirect deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceReceptionist Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive and direct them to where they need to goAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors.Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for company.Update calendars and schedule meetings.Arrange travel and accommodations.Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
