*Position Title:* Manufacturing Associate I*Reports To:* Production Supervisor*Location:* Bothell, WA*Work Schedule:* 1st shift: 6 am-2:30 pm; Primary Need 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11 pm*Description:*Join our team at Solta as a Manufacturing Associate I. This non-exempt role is pivotal in our production process, involving mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and other value-added operations related to Soltas products.*Principal Responsibilities and Duties:** Apply job skills, GMP's, and Solta's company policies and work instructions to perform routine work related to the production of components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.* Perform and verify line clearance in each workstation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of job/label print traveler.* Engage in fast-paced, repetitive wiring and electrical component assembly tasks of precision assemblies.* Execute electro-mechanical assembly of precision components and assemblies, often utilizing a variety of adhesives.* Conduct electrical programming and testing operations using various test fixtures and record results onto Solta traveler documents or other data collection devices.* Maintain detailed record-keeping in accordance with FDA manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Solta Medical's SOP.* Recognize deviations from accepted practice and quality standards and make recommendations to correct them.* Communicate proficiently in English verbally and in writing, following company procedures and complex work instructions.* Apply basic math skills and concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.* Perform light material handling tasks involving lifting weights of up to 35 pounds for short durations.* Sit for extended periods, up to and sometimes beyond 8 hours a day, and perform keyboard data entry tasks.* Utilize microscopes and other vision aids for close vision tasks.* Receive close supervision involving detailed instructions and constant check on work performance.* Perform other duties as assigned.*Experience, Education, Training, Traits:** High school diploma or equivalent desirable.* Experience working within a rigorous, quality control environment such as FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO is a plus.* Good manual dexterity and eyesight; the ability to work using a microscope is required.* Team player.*Safety:*Solta is committed to the health and safety of our employees.
