Summary of Duties:

Under close supervision, performs various unskilled manual work in the maintenance, repair, remodeling, and construction of buildings, facilities, utility and sewer systems, equipment, and grounds.

Required Qualifications:

--- Physical strength to do required work AND six months of manual labor experience ; OR equivalent education/experience.

--- High School diploma or equivalent.

--- Ability to perform heavy, indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions; follow oral and written directions

--- Must have or be able to obtain at time of hire, a valid driver's license.

--- Physical ability to perform moderate physical labor and the tasks assigned.

--- Excellent work attendance is required.

Monthly Salary:

Range 30, $3,075.00 - $3,537.00 (Steps G - M)
