QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 + years experience COMMERCIAL HVAC estimating
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or demonstrated equivalent HVAC experience)
• Experience in a variety of project types, medical experience is preferred
• Must work well in a team environment
• Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with our team and GC's
• HVAC and Piping experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must
• QuickPen is a preferred skill, but we are willing to train
• Must be detail orientated and self motivated
