NAC/NAR - Current/Active unrestricted NAC/NAR or HCA with the State of Washington at the time of application. Active NAC or HCA license must be acquired within 120-days of employment if hired as an NAR.
- CPR and First Aidcertified at the time of hire or within 30 days of hire (class provided).
- Washington State Food Handler's permit at the time of hire and maintained while employed.
