Incredible position available in stable, high tech organization! We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant with over 3 years recent experience supporting a group or a team. This individual must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and will be doing a number of duties, so multi-tasking is a must. This person will provide entry-level administrative support to the team, schedule events, coordinate department meetings, complete projects and personnel operations as needed, and assisting in the day-to-day activities!



Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must have advanced knowledge in all Microsoft products.



Requirements:

?Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office 2010/2013.

?Strong oral skills.

?Strong communication skills.

?Experience with office moves/setup.
