Take and relay messages. Greet people and direct them to correct destinations. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the office. General administrative and clerical support. Prepare and distribute correspondence. Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments. Organize meetings, tidy and maintain front office area.
