Pay: Starting at $25.00/HR Shifts Offered: Day Shift, Evening, NOC (Nights) Employment Type: Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, Contract Client Settings: Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Hospice Clinics, Hospitals, Correctional Facilities, Schools, and Urgent Care Responsibilities: - - - - -Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient - - - - -Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change. - - - - -Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
