Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $1500 Sign-On Bonus Setting: Skilled nursing Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Schedule: 4 days on/2 days off rotating schedule; Evening 2pm-10pm and NOC 10pm-6am Location: Avamere Rehab of Cascade Park - 801 SE Park Crest Ave. Vancouver, WA 98683 In the heart of the beautiful Portland, Oregon metropolitan area you will find Avamere Rehabilitation of Cascade Park just across the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington.
