END Technician II - Seattle Washington

Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, prepare patient for and perform routine, special and complex electroneurodiagnostic and other clinical electrophysiological examinations, such as evoked potential studies, polygraphic studies, Continuous EEG (cEEG) monitoring in the Intensive Care, epilepsy monitoring in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU); intraoperative monitoring and functional cortical mapping, including diagnostic and investigative studies in a variety of settings, recording electrical activity arising primarily from the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, or somatosensory systems using a variety of techniques and instruments. Provide technical interpretation of data and related findings to physicians or neurophysiologist. Ensure the accuracy of every procedure and that each customer encounter is positive, professional and efficient.#LI-JR1

Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Graduation from an accredited EEG/END Technology program, accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation or 5 years clinical EEG experience.Required Credentials:
  • R.EEGT certification by the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ABRET).
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers.Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field.
  • At least one (1) year EEG experience.

    Min to Max Hourly Salary:
    $33.59 - $54.37 /hr

    Min to Max Annual Salary:
    $69,867.20 - $113,089.60 /yr

    Salary Information:
    This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
