Plant Manager:Join our dynamic team as a Plant Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in steering our production, quality, and maintenance departments towards unparalleled success.Summary:As a Plant Manager, you will lead and direct Team Leaders to achieve the highest level of efficiency, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing capability. You ll oversee all functional areas of the manufacturing plant, including production scheduling, inventory control, maintenance, and facility improvements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the manufacturing plant, from production scheduling to cost control and operating controls analysis.Ensure optimal facility maintenance through preventative measures and improvement projects.Guarantee compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety procedures and policies.Drive profitability by containing expenses through improved operating efficiencies and cost control.Develop and meet financial budgets, plans, and updates.Train, develop, and recognize team members to achieve targeted strategies and goals.Facilitate new product launches, production and engineering improvements, and product testing.Collaborate with company officers to develop strategic plans for continuous improvements.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor s Degree in Operations, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.5+ years of relevant management experience in manufacturing, materials, or engineering.Experience in project management, purchasing/planning, and facility layout.Essential Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills.Effective leadership in a team environment.Adaptability to change and managing competing priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Business savvy with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business journals, technical procedures, and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and automated manufacturing systems.Proven capability of working with a team to achieve continuous improvement and uphold standards of product quality and customer service.
