You will help set the strategic roadmap for our products and technology. You will bring solutions that make EFA and our cloud offerings competitive and enticing to customers. You will stay up-to-date on the latest breakthroughs in communications and networking and apply these to MPI to further improve the AWS value proposition. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team- Experience developing high-performance code in C/C++

The base pay for this position ranges from $134,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
