Under the direction of the Director of Imaging Services and Radiologists, performs radiographic and ultrasound procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision. - Performs a variety of procedures that require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative. - Performs all pre and post-processing/medical record duties. Obtains clinical history and performs an assessment of the patient's condition to determine appropriate testing protocol. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness to insure aseptic conditions. - Responsible for producing, accessing, and evaluating images and related data used by physicians to render a medical diagnosis of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. - Responsible for providing a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. - Follows KPHD rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards. -Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree, 6 months to one year related experience, AHA HPC (BLS) card, ARDMS (OB).
