As a Population Health Coordinator, you ll have the opportunity for both administrative support and office management tasks, including: - Managing documents, schedules, and correspondence
- Handling incoming mail and phone calls, organizing travel arrangements, and accompanying Senior Leader when required
- Preparing written materials, attending meetings, and transcribing minutes
- Maintaining confidentiality and supporting team members as necessary
- Implementing office systems, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating volunteer assignments
- Producing data reports and acts as a liaison with various stakeholders
- Assisting in updating department content, tracking workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing support to project teams, preparing reports, and maintaining project files
- Creating data reports for clinics and educating on reporting platforms
- Monitoring compliance with project budgets along with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - Education:
- Associate s degree in applied sciences or other healthcare field. High School Diploma with 2 additional years of relevant experience may be considered in place of an Associate's Degree. Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant (MA) program required.
- Experience:
- With AA degree or higher: At least 1 year of professional work experience in a healthcare setting.
- With high school diploma/GED: At least 3 years of professional work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience coordinating complex projects preferred.
