The program is designed to give newly hired professionals the skills they need to be successful, including:Orientation to Carrier Enterprise's values and cultureProduct knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategiesOn the job training, rotational assignments and job shadowing in various departments including but not limited to: Warehouse Operations and Logistics, Branch Counter Engagement, and Inside Sales DevelopmentAfter successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be offered the opportunity to transition to a management role in our organization, which may include: Branch Manager, Warehouse Manager, Inside Sales, or a Support Role.
