You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the future of Capital One. This is an important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key engineering, product and risk stakeholders across the company. -Responsibilities: - Guide our MTC / TRA team in the development and execution of our ES Risk vision, and deliver on enterprise and team objectives with a focus on Generative AI and related cloud services.
- Partner with the first-line of defense Technology and Cyber teams, Lines of Business, and second-line of defense risk management teams, to ensure effective collaboration within the team and across stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of well managed practices for identifying, managing, tracking, and mitigating risks related to Generative AI and related cloud services.
- Develop and help deliver senior level risk management reporting and communications, including for material initiatives, overall program direction, and results towards strategic objectives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate our approach to risk management.
- Stay current on the changing regulatory environment and understand the impacts to our efforts.
- Write and revise documents such as policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Develop and enhance processes, tools, templates, and job aides. Draft, edit, and deliver presentations that aid in the design, development, refinement, and usage of risk methods.

- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Process, Project, Risk Management, or Cloud Risk Management -
- At least 5 years of experience planning and leading IT audits and risk assessments, or a combination
- At least 3 years direct experience with AI and ML model lifecycle management, operations or deployments
- At least 2 years of experience developing presentations for executive level audiences -Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or in an Engineering discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Process, Project, Product, Risk Management, or Cloud Risk Management -
- 4+ years of experience with AI and ML specific model lifecycle management including understanding of AI and ML architecture, model risk, data management and Responsible AI practices
