Luck Stone Boscobel Plant is seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join their team. Production is the core of our business. Our Plant Operators monitor our crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders and bins to maximize production and provide quality products. Since safety is a top priority at Luck, much of your responsibility will focus on ensuring that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition through hands on maintenance.Duties include but are not limited to:Pre-shift inspection of the plantAssist with preventative and reactive maintenance: changing screens, greasing, changing rollers, belt splices, rebuilding crushers, welding, and fabricationConsistently inspect and monitor plant to ensure proper operationAssists with other site projects as requested by management and team membersFlexibility to assist team members as needed with other projectsAiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shiftQualifications:Prior experience preferred operating and/or performing maintenance in a similar environmentMechanically inclined-proven work experienceBasic welding or torch skillsPassion for learningComfortable working from elevated platforms and other heights without fearPay starts at $20.58 per hour and could increase upon skills and experience evaluation from management.Benefits start on day 1 of employment and include:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disabilityPaid time off: personal, vacation, holidays, 5 well being daysMatching 401K and retirement pensionLuck Companies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
