Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add two *Maintenance Technicians* to its team. This role will work in *Newport News, VA *and *works Monday Friday, 8am 5pm. *This is a *contract role* that pays *$20 per hour.** Conducting weekly building inspections.* Addressing preventive maintenance (PM) and safety requirements during inspections.* Performing individual walk-throughs to identify any issues.* Immediate fixing of identified issues or creation of tickets for resolution.* Tickets should be updated when they are in progress and when they are completed.* Responses must be provided within 2 days in the operation inbox for progress updates, or if the ticket has been closed, in the service channel.Minimum Requirements:* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).* 2-3 years of experience.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble More...
