Opportunity in Richmond, VAHCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply. Highlights/Qualified Candidates:Anesthesia Care Team Model of 9 General Anesthesiologists, 4 CV Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 17 sites of service on average.Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, General, orthopedics, Urology, GYN, and GI. Pediatrics.Annual surgical volume 14,000 cases. 1100 labor epidurals on average.Current schedule is out order with 12 +/- hour shifts. Call is shared equally amongst team members:Weekdays, 7p-7a in house with post call day off and 1 back-up CRNA taking call from Home with first out.Weekends, 7a-7p in-house and 1 back-up CRNA 7a-7a. approx. 1X/monthPractice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.Incentive/Benefits Package:Excellent base salary based on years' of experience plus $20K Trauma Stipend.
