Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivityHoneywell in Richmond, VA is looking for our next HVAC Field Service Support Technician! - This role will provide support on Mechanical HVAC systems. We have a need for a highly motivated experienced technician for this role. The position reports to the Field Service Supervisor. This role will cover Richmond, VA and other cities west of Richmond.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex HVAC equipment and systems. -
  
• Prioritize work and manage calendar based on work requirements. -
  
• Follow detailed work instruction and escalates any discrepancies in customer requirements, blueprints, or work instructions. -
  
• Identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. -
  
• Escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
  
• Travel to site using company provided vehicle. -
  
• On call rotation (one week every six weeks)

  • Typical work schedule is M-F, 40-hour work schedule. Candidate must be available for on-call situations. One week every six weeks will be on-call rotation w/ on-call pay.

    • High School Diploma or GED -
      
    • 5+ years' experience in the field in commercial HVAC applications
      
    • HVAC Journeymen or equivalent NATE certification -
      
    • EPA/CFC certification
      
    • Valid driver's license acceptable to Honeywell
      
    • Availability to be on call on rotational basis
      
    • Experience maintaining customer relationship
