Description RBH is now offering sign-on bonus opportunities for qualified professionals! Richmond Behavioral Healthis seeking full time Crisis Clinicians I or II to be part of our dynamic REACH team. The position is a Hybrid telework position. Essential Job Duties include : Provides Crisis Response for individuals with Co-Occurring Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities. Response locations include hospitals, Crisis Therapeutic Homes, family homes, group homes, crisis assessment centers, CSBs and other community locations. Use strong assessment skills to identify immediate, short-term needs and support in making linkages where appropriate. Conducts crisis assessments which are biopsychosocial in nature. Provide phone triage and warm line services for calls that come in on the 24/7 Mobile Crisis Line. Develop Safety Plans that are person centered and sound Provides concise clinical case updates to the rest of the REACH Team using Microsoft Teams as well as through Case Presentation. Collects required data for each call and submits it in a timely manner through appropriate data systems. Utilizes electronic health record for documentation purposes. Performs work and assists with essential tasks as assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Clinical Supervisor I or II. Desired Qualities include: Strong case conceptualization skills Solid written and verbal communication skills Enjoys working independently but thrives as part of a team as well Excited about professional development Position Requirements Education and Experience Licensed Mental Health Professionals or License Eligible Professionals required to include a master's degree with coursework in counseling, social work, psychology or approved related field and moderate experience working with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and mental health.
