Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required. --- 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required. --- 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license in hand at the time of application. --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Proficient in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass, and related procedures in the mediastinum, thoracic surgery cases, (daVinci assisted), as well as open thoracotomy, VATS, procedures initiating ECMO, and pericardial window. Ability to take call. Call starts at 1500, when assigned. Weekend call is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, when assigned. Procedures performed on unit: Variety of cardiac cases from CABG to valve replacement, repair of aortic dissections, TAVR's, Thoracic surgery, (daVinci assisted lobectomy, wedge resections, mediastinal lymph node biopsy, , ECMO. -Scrubs: hospital provided Maximum days off: 10 days 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) Proof of driver's license required to apply Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
