We are actively recruiting for a BI Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and utilizing the data stored in our enterprise data warehouse to advance data analytics offerings and self-service framework for the entire organization. Leveraging your analytical and technical expertise, you will innovate, develop, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to address business challenges. The ideal candidate must be comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and functional teams. This role is hands-on and collaborative, focusing on constructing datasets, reports/dashboards, and other data solutions that empower analysis and inform both tactical and strategic decisions. What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree or higher in data analytics or similar quantitative discipline. A minimum of five years of broad analytical experience is required with three to five years' experience in a business analysis capacity.
- Experience working with various self-service business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.
- Proficient with developing SQL queries and a strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts including ETL pipelines.
- Additional specialized or technical training is desired such as Tableau certifications, Agile methodologies, or a computational language such as Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A love for a collaborative environment and a highly developed sense of integrity
