Overview Tech engineering services provider with a focus on talent enablement and talent transformation is looking for Public Sector Client Partner to join their growing team. In this position, the Client Partner, Public Sector will pursue strategic relationships in our growing Public Sector accounts. Candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, relevant industry experience, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record of selling IT professional services. In this role, candidates will focus on 5-7 existing accounts and have responsibility for business development at those designated accounts for the wide range of services. Responsibilities - Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the designated accounts and Public Sector community to generate and develop ideas, pursue opportunities, and close sales.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for new business growth within existing accounts & new logos. Market services and capabilities to the client, and plan for and penetrate all areas within the client's organization.
- Sales and Account Management: Assist account team with qualifying, pursuing and closing opportunities. Coordinate efforts of cross-disciplinary teams during sales process.
- Creative Solutioning: Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding existing clients.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Leverage existing service offerings and relationships to expand company business into accounts.
- Risk Assessment & Forecasting: Provide risk assessment and reliable forecasting for the corresponding sales responsibility area.
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases, proposals, and SOW and engage clients early in the value-selling process.
- Proactive CommunicationMaintain customer communications through the program lifecycle.
- Business Acumen & Industry Awareness: Good understanding and business acumen of the industry. Participate in relevant industry events and professional associations. Qualifications
