See our website for more information on our projects and people: www.lewin.com.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:Direct and manage large evaluation contracts including technical direction, financial management, staff management, and client relationsDesign and conduct studies that require advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodsEffectively oversees production of client-ready deliverablesLead large proposalsLead research reports and manuscripts for technical and non-technical audiencesLead advanced quantitative and/or qualitative analysisYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Ph.D. or Master's degree -in Economics, Statistics, Health Services Research, Public Policy or related field with 12+ years of experience in healthcare research and policy analysis -10+ years of experience in healthcare research and policy analysisExperience analyzing large administrative datasets for program evaluations -Experience with qualitative data collection and analysisExperience managing large, mixed-methods evaluationsExpertise in the design and implementation of research studies focused on health equityDemonstrated quantitative research skills in health policy, program evaluation -Preferred Qualifications:Track record of conference presentations and publicationsProven excellent written and verbal communication skills*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyCalifornia, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $122,100 to $234,700 annually.
