The Estimator will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and completing competitive, thorough project estimates for a variety of commercial new construction & renovations projects. They specialize in a diverse array of major, multi-million-dollar projects across a variety of sectors, including Commercial Base Building, Mission Critical, Corporate Interiors, and Industrial Their team is made up of experienced and dedicated individuals who strive for the highest level of quality and efficiency in all of their endeavors. Work in collaboration with the Estimating team to provide competitive project estimates and win proposals, while partnering with the operations team to complete an effective internal hand off Handle multiple projects from time of RFP to bid submission Create scopes of work to distribute to subcontractors Input data into bid forms, create detailed qualifications, and assemble bid packages Create and foster relationships with subcontractors and vendors Ensure detailed & efficient Hand-off of awarded projects to operations Coordinate with accounting and project management to estimate fees, overhead, and profit Build strong relationships with potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field -+/- 5-10 years of estimating experience with a general contractor(s) - Ability to perform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets, detailed cost estimates, and deliver quantity take-offs in partnership with the project management and field operations team - Experience with commercial new construction, renovations, and tenant fit-out projects.
