Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Help Desk Technical Support. Position: Full-time/Contract
Duration: 6+ month contract
Local candidates only.
****Day shift.
Candidates must have IT Education or 2 years experience working in an IT Service Desk.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the following tools/technologies:
Windows 10 and 11
Service Desk Ticketing
Asset Management
Experience solving complex problems through discovery and analysis with minimal guidance
Experience Complete complex projects independently with minimal oversight and direction
Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
