Immediate need for a Service Coordinator who has exceptional customer service and communication skills. Must be able to handle disputes, conflicts, and emergency situations with customers. Duties will include: -Coordinate service scheduling between customers and technicians. -Liaison between all customers/National Accounts and technician. -Negotiate rates and travel as necessary and approved. -Review and maintain National Account contracts. -Research and contact new National Accounts. -Maintain telephone system customer parts/warranty/password information. -Generate service tickets & cable locates for technicians to include all documentation and instructions. -Reconcile and code timecards with service tickets for billing and payroll processing. -Invoice all service tickets as required by customers and deadlines. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. -Maintain customer notes in database.
