US20882The Opportunity:The Sr. Process Engineer will lead the engineering team for the Fulfillment Center and work with operations to improve customer service and satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and cost savings. The Sr. Process Engineer will also manage capital projects to support facility and process improvements. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Process Engineer and Operational Excellence.Who We Are:Responsible for process improvement, methods and measurement, and capital projects for the domiciled fulfillment center. You will also support larger automation engineering capital projects.Your Impact:Responsible for all engineering deliverables with the Fulfillment Center.Conduct direct labor studies using acceptable engineering practices to determine areas for improvement.Support preparations of departmental budget, including material, manpower, equipment, and outside procurement costs and operate within approved parameters.Analyze distribution methods and standards. Recommend improvements (technology, process, material handling) to maximize workflow and spatial use.Process design and implementation plans that result in improved service, cost savings, or improved quality of services.Concept design, approval, justification, project management, and implementation of capital and facility expansion projects.Provide support for an engineered labor standards program.Maintain facility AutoCAD layouts.Partner with Operations to develop preferred methods/Standard Operating Procedures for the warehouse.What You Bring:5+ or more years of industrial engineering experience in high volume warehousing or distribution and successful demonstration of the responsibilities and skillset listed aboveA BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related discipline is requiredMaynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) CertifiedProject Management ExperienceLean or Six Sigma trainingLI-KW1 #LI-ONSITE #MLT #BMAAJoin us as we enrich lifes everyday moments including yours.
