PAC Job ID 2460014 PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Company, is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to perform the duties of an Access Control/Security Specialist with intimate knowledge of visitor proceduresThe Specialist will support PAC and our government customer at the FBI LAB Quantico locationThese positions require a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPlease do not apply if you do not possess a TS/SCI level clearanceThe position shifts are 10pm-10am overnight Friday and Saturday and 10am-10pm Saturday and SundayPart-time employees will have the opportunity to cover shifts during the week as needed including Holiday coverageWe offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and moreAccess Control Security Specialists (AC/SS) must be flexible and willing to alternate his or her schedule to staff any of the escort desks during the designated working hoursThe Contractors may be required to shift their schedule or report to an alternate location without significant advance noticeDemonstrating cooperation and flexibility when directed to staff an alternate escort desk during any of the identified work hours is necessaryContractors shall be required to use the FBI access control databases, including the FBI's Phoenix and the SOPU Gatekeeper visitor databaseEssential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:--- Conduct Scattered Castles and/or JPAS verifications as requested.--- Personnel shall be responsible for processing incoming Visitor Access Requests (VAR) and for entering the information into the appropriate databaseMust coordinate VAR information with the appropriate FBI Security Division personnel.--- Prepare electronic communications (ECs) in Sentinel as required.--- Responsible for monitoring CCTV video, conducting perimeter checks, and shall assist with escort duties as needed.--- Shall coordinate with Quantico Security Operations Center (QSOC) for emergency response and alarm activity.--- Shall process FBI Limited Access Request (LAR) paperwork.--- Shall issue badges and IDs in accordance with policy and utilize the badge system as directed.--- Personnel shall be responsible for the screening of visitors with an X-ray machine and a metal detectorThey shall complete all trainings required/provided by the customer to insure proper handling of this equipmentWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:--- Must possess final Top-Secret personnel security clearances and must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special accesses.--- Minimum education required is a bachelor's degree in any field and three (3) years security experience in relevant fields, such as industrial security, physical security and computer/network security - OR - a minimum of five (5) years of experience in any security related field.--- Must be skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (i.eExcel, etc.), in preparing briefings (i.ePowerPoint, etc.), Word, and Adobe Acrobat.--- Must be able to communicate clearly; must be able to provide security briefings and debriefings; must be able to provide comprehensive written communications.--- Must perform all duties in an extremely professional, customer-service oriented mannerWorking Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderateThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machinesThis position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderateThe incumbent is required to stand, walk;
