Job DescriptionENSCO, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Finance Intern to provide comprehensive organizational collaboration for day-to-day business operations. The Intern will have the opportunity to get hands on experience with our Corporate teams.Duties include:Maintaining the Human Resources (HR) Budget report spreadsheetResponsibility for Corporate employee files and documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee recordsProviding administrative support as needed (this could include filing, office supplies, verification of employment, building new hire/benefit packets, purging I-9 records of terminated employees, copying, mailings, etc.)Completing research and special projects as assignedEntering / Managing Purchase Requisitions / OrdersAssisting with compiling data reports and presentationsAuditing support of employment records to ensure complianceConsistently working with integrity and handling confidential information with discretionQualifications Required (Skills)

  • College student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be highly organized and have good planning skills
  • Ability to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, creative and willing to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT/GREEN CARD HOLDERQualifications Desired
    • Have prior intern/work experience
