Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for an experienced SharePoint Developer with an active Secret Clearance . This position is hybrid with one day per week onsite in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This is a direct hire position and pays between $115K - $125K based on each candidate's skills and experience. As a SharePoint Developer you will design and develop SharePoint websites using SharePoint designer, web UI and .Net based software developing tools. You will be tasked with creating customized SharePoint solutions for front-end use while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to enhance the user experience by optimizing workflows, and ensuring the security, stability, and availability of SharePoint capabilities and applications.

SharePoint Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint sites and applications.
  
• Design, develop and maintain key components of the SharePoint Server.
  
• Customize and extend SharePoint functionality by configuring web parts and building custom workflows.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint issues.
  
• Work with other developers, stakeholders, and business users to define and document solution requirements.
  
• Stay up to date with new SharePoint features and capabilities and recommend how they can be incorporated into existing or upcoming projects.
  
• Analyze the needs of the user and business requirements.
  
• Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software.
  
• Work with the team to design and develop custom SharePoint solutions.
  
• Use SharePoint Framework SPx to create website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
  
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
  
• Maintain product quality by carrying out reviews, performing ongoing refactoring of code, and implementing any necessary fixes or enhancements.
  
• Monitor and analyze SharePoint server and application performance.
  
• Ensure the security of SharePoint systems by setting up and managing user permissions.
  
• Implement, deploy, package, and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site.
  
• Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices.
  
• Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.
  
• Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
  
  SharePoint Developer Qualifications:
  
  
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  - Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP) or Scrum Master
  - Minimum 5 years' previous experience as a SharePoint Developer.
  - Minimum 3 years' extensive working knowledge of PowerFX, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
  - At Least 5 years' experience coding in one or more of the following languages: C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, Web Services.
  - Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services.
  - 2 years' experience developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
  - 2 solid years UI/UX experience.
  - 5 years' experience working with Jira Microsoft DevOps, Jira, Bitbucket, Git.
  - 3 years working knowledge and understanding of an Agile Scrum SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
  - Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desired.
  - Proven track record to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
  - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  - High-level coding skills.
  - Ability to solve complex software issues.
