ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and ensure all PCQI, QA, HACCP, SQF, CGMP s documentation is within Pilgrims QA policiesWork with Pilgrims Sales and Plant Manager on day to day finished goods inventories and schedulesAbility to perform lab testingPurchase lab supplies as neededRequisitioning of chemical inventoryGenerate data reports along with PC Plant ManagerInsert inside and outside sales into the computer.Supply accounting with numbers.Conduct special reports for accounting.Call in inventory information.Other duties as assigned.BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years related experience.Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Experience in SAP preferred.Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.Must be organized and detail minded.Must have customer service skills.Confidentiality a must.Experience with Contracts and Invoices of dry and liquid bulk shipping preferredExperience with logistics of dry and liquid bulk shipping preferredCustomer and broker experience preferredEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have High School Diploma or GED.
