Job Description Summary: The Workday Reporting and Analytics lead should have expertise in the following areas -
Workday Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting tools and modules, including Report Writer, Composite Reporting, and Advanced Reporting. -
Reporting Strategy Development: A bility to develop and execute comprehensive reporting strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. -
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data structures, data management principles, and data extraction techniques within the Workday ecosystem. -
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. -
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -
Project Management : Experience managing reporting projects from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and documentation.
