* Interview industry for technical and market requirements.
* Generate interest with industry to ensure companies respond to Government Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, White Papers, and Bids.
Minimum Qualifications--- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
* Knowledge of engineering principles, methods, and techniquesEffective data analysis and problem solving skills; attention to detailEffective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software including Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.--- Experience or interest in materials, material applications, defense systems, and/or supply chains.--- Experience motivating or coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
* Clearance: Must be eligible to hold a SECRET level security clearanceTS/SCI preferredMust be a U.SCitizen.
