Community Health Centers is hiring full time Patient Services Representatives to join the team at CHC - Riverside, and CHC - South End in Burlington, VT. We are also seeking part time (20 hr/week) and per diem Patient Services Representative to join the team at CHC - Riverside.The Patient Services Representative is the face of the Community Health Centers!
