Demand Planning
Develop item level forecasting for approximately 300 unique SKU's across multiple levels of aggregation and time horizons Analyze promotions in trade promotion software and coordinate forecasts with sales team Continuous improvement to forecasting techniques and accuracy through leveraging all available data
Sales Support and S&OP Process
Build, analyze, and provide weekly and monthly sales reporting Support budgeting process for sales volumes and pricing Analyze forecast to provide key insights and inputs into the S&OP process Participate in S&OP meetings and contribute to developing consensus forecasts Act as a liaison between sales and operations regarding product related issues such as distressed product, discontinued, and new products
Business Analysis
Support data and analysis needs of other internal departments Work on cross functional teams to support and execute strategic initiatives
Who we are seeking:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistical Analysis, Business, or related field
3-5 Years relevant experience
Advanced Excel Skills
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Excellent collaborative skills with ability to serve as a liaison between multiple departments
Experience with demand planning/stat modeling preferred
