YOUR ROLE

• Work with vendors in the purchasing of parts, supplies, and all other material ordered through the parts room.
• Enter orders into the parts inventory program (SAP) and to update purchase orders within the program.
• Research Parts to ensure multiple sourcing options and drive down costs.
• Assist on-boarding new vendors and moving vendors into preferred vendor status.
• Locate and check parts out to SAP work orders for reliability team as needed.
• Run reports for metrics and audit parts room inventories.
• Train associates on the various procedures for counting inventory, using SAP, etc.
  
  YOUR SKILLS
  
  
  • Computer experience (Microsoft Platform), including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Strong SAP skills preferred.
  • Experience in stockroom or inventory management preferred, but not required.
  • Mechanical/Electrical experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
    The salary for this role is $21 - $28. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
