Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.Duties:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients based on their individual needs- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standardsSkills:- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in various areas of nursing, including family planning, medical imaging, infant care, medication administration, IV insertion, etc.- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team of nurses- Experience in ventilating patients and administering injections- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesQualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferredWe offer competitive compensation packages including salary commensurate with experience.
