To assist with company programs and/or initiatives, facilitate communication within the company and with external business associates. To perform daily administration tasks such as screen phone calls, schedule appointments, write correspondence, record meeting minutes, and to assist, develop and/or maintain special projects or programs as assigned.



1. Organize, manage and help generate sales rep agreements.

2. Tradeshows; register, coordinate travel etc

3. Help develop new marketing material

4. Oversee third party website developer and maintain the company web-site content

SUMMARY:

To assist with company programs and/or initiatives, facilitate communication within the company and with external business associates. To perform daily administration tasks such as screen phone calls, schedule appointments, write correspondence, record meeting minutes, and to assist, develop and/or maintain special projects or programs as assigned.

- assure timely processing and coordinating of responses to governmental and regulatory agencies

-perform complaint investigations, provide certificates

- declarations to customers facilitate transmission of documents for regulatory approval, processing and tracking MRRs, CARs, and ECOs. Helps maintain document control system
